Malibu Glide Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment

Full payment or required deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your lesson, tour, or rental.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at no charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.

If the total booking amount is less than $100, Malibu Glide may retain up to the full booking amount.
No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged a $100 no-show fee, and any remaining prepaid amount may be non-refundable.
Weather and Safety Cancellations

Malibu Glide reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any lesson, tour, or rental due to:

Unsafe weather conditions

Ocean or surf hazards
-
Equipment issues
-
Instructor safety concerns

If Malibu Glide cancels for safety reasons, customers may:

Reschedule for another available date, or
-
Receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Customers are asked to arrive at least 15–20 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

If a customer is excessively late and cannot safely complete the session, Malibu Glide may treat the booking as a no-show.
Participant Requirements

All riders must follow instructor safety rules at all times.

Malibu Glide reserves the right to end a session without refund if a participant:

Appears intoxicated,

Acts recklessly,

Refuses safety instructions, or
-
Creates unsafe conditions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card provider.
Liability and Assumption of Risk

All participants must sign Malibu Glide’s waiver and release form before participating.

Hydrofoiling and ocean activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
-
By booking, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.
