Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel or reschedule their lesson up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Malibu Glide reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns. In those cases, guests will be offered a full refund, credit, or rescheduled session. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
