Cancellation Policy

At Malibu Glide, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure availability for all guests and allow us to prepare equipment, instructors, and scheduling, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience will incur a $100 cancellation fee per guest. Any remaining balance paid beyond the cancellation fee will be refunded to the original payment method. Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without prior notice (no-show), arrive too late to participate, or cancel after the experience has begun will be charged the full reservation amount. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of a scheduled experience. If Malibu Glide determines that weather, ocean conditions, equipment issues, or any other safety-related circumstances make it unsafe to operate, the experience may be rescheduled or canceled at our sole discretion. In these situations, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling for a future date or receiving a full refund. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
